What are your Terms of Sale?

Payment is made before shipment.
Payments accepted in US credit card or PayPal funds.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Sale prices do not apply to previous purchases.

Which payment methods do you accept? 

We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

What about credit card fraud?

Gracious Regards participates vigorously in merchant organizations that are united in their effort to reduce credit card fraud and protect internet consumers; we utilize several systems available to us to ensure that credit card transactions are legitimate and secure. Orders using incorrect billing addresses will be cancelled.

 Is your site secure?

All purchase transactions take place on a secure server hosted by Big Commerce, a leading, PCI compliant ecommerce host.  You can rest assured your personal information and your credit card transactions are stringently protected.  We will never sell, divulge, disseminate or give away any information submitted to this site to outside parties for any reason.

 Do you accept international orders?

Orders will be accepted in the USA and Canada through approved freight forwarders. We are unable to process orders from other countries at this time.

 

Will I pay Sales Tax?

Sales tax is collected from Minnesota residents only, and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

 

Will you accept backorders?

Gracious Regards does not accept back orders. If an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be adjusted and you will promptly receive a confirmation email with your new order total.

Our stock changes frequently, so if you find an out of stock item you would like to purchase, continue to check our website periodically.  Our inventory is updated regularly. You may also contact us with the item number and we will do our best to obtain an estimated date the item may again be available for purchase.

 

What is your privacy policy?

We respect your privacy and Gracious Regards will never release or sell any of your information to third parties.
